La Tasca’s mouth-watering new spring menu
The new La Tasca menu is here & it’s jam-packed with tasty, fresh flavours that’re sure to tantalise any taste-bud this spring. The makeover includes 18 new dishes on the main menu & a tasty revamp of the current lunch menu.
Inspired by the exquisite culinary expertise of Spanish shores, the menu arrives with the ultimate flavour experience where indulgence abounds in true Spanish heritage. The upgrade also represents deliciousness in variety, with a range of vegetarian & gluten free dishes now available.
New, fresh flavours
A scrumptious newcomer features in the Montaditos selection with crumbled goat’s cheese & caramelised onion jam mounted on oil-rubbed baked bread, meaning six toppings are now available & you can try them all for just £8.95.
Eleven tasty tapas dishes arrive in style, including succulent pan-fried Galician Hake, crispy Aubergine Fritters drizzled with honey, rich Pork Belly Croquetas & Sticky Chicken Wings in a new honey & paprika glaze. The seasonal additions mean twelve gluten-free options are now available on request, with six vegetarian dishes to choose from.
There are three mouth-watering new mains for those who don’t like sharing, including roasted chicken breast with a zestful lemon & thyme dressing, served on a bed of sautéed potatoes & chargrilled asparagus.
Be sure to mussel in on the action this time around when the seafood favourite arrives in a paella pan with cider & smoky pork chorizo, served with chargrilled bread that’s perfect for mopping up succulent juices. The menu shake-up also means four of the six mains are available gluten-free on request.
As for the sweet treat, caramelised peach with raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream & crushed meringue form the ultimate Raspberry Peach Mess – just make sure you keep a little room for that one.
Make your break
Forget packing a lunchbox, the new lunch & early evening menu guarantees to make your break this spring. Gazpacho – A refreshing chilled tomato, cucumber & pepper soup with chargrilled bread features while smoked haddock, onion, potato & parsley croquettes coated in crispy panko breadcrumb arrive with tangy alioli & fresh salad.
For ultimate indulgence tuck into the Bocadillo de Carne, a Basque-style shredded beef cheek & manchego cheese sandwich, served with crispy patatas fritas & pungent piquillo purée.

The drinks menu entertains four brand-new additions to the Happy Hour Cocktails & Gins selection, where a fusion of fruit, spirits & botanicals combine to bring back those cherished holiday memories.
The additions include a sparkling Spanish Gin Fizz & Peach Gin Fizz, both inspired by the gin bars of Spain. Be sure to take a trip to the Basque country with the fruitful Navarro Bronx or recharge with a much-anticipated Espresso Martini – sweetened to taste.
