Inspired by the exquisite culinary expertise found on the shores of Spain, the new autumn winter menu arrives with ultimate flavour satisfaction, where indulgence is encouraged & the fiesta continues in true Spanish heritage.
Ten new & truly delicious dishes arrive on the Tapas section, including a rich Spanish pork & bean stew in the Fabada Asturiana & our tasty Brócoli A La Brasa that’s back by popular demand. Sirloin steak on a bed of scrummy Patatas Fritas makes up the mouth-watering Carne Y Patatas, while three of our Spanish Croqueta dishes are back, including Mariscos, Pollo & Serrano Jamón.
Two irresistible new dishes arrive in the mains section, including the Pollo Con Salsa – succulent chicken breast strips in a creamy sherry, spinach, almond & date sauce, served with tender-stem broccoli & delicious sautéed potatoes. If that doesn’t make the cut, you’re sure to be tempted by our new Sirloin Steak – 8oz of Galician Iberico beef, rested & served with paprika & rosemary seasoned patatas fritas & rich aioli.
The launch also means a new recipe for our famous Paella De Verduras, where only the best seasonal vegetables are used to make Spain’s signature dish.
The new menu spells the launch of our new Craft beer & Croquetas Board, where 3 authentic Barcelona & Basque beers are paired with our new Croquetas de Mariscos, Croquetas de Pollo & Serrano Jamón Croquetas for the perfect palate combination.
Sherry, sherry baby!
If sherry is more your thing, you can eat & drink your way around the historic city of Jerez, with 3 fabulous Sherries paired perfectly with classic Spanish pinchos, including Gordal Olives, Salchichón Iberico & Manchego Cheese.
Tuck into the new Churros Y Amigos for the ultimate Spanish dessert platter, the dish includes Torta de Santiago almond cake, Spanish Churros with a chocolate dipping sauce, Crema Catalana ice cream, finished off perfectly with fresh strawberries & marshmallows.
If you’re not keen on sharing check out the Torta De Santiago, a slice of warm Galician Santiago almond cake with a honey & lemon drizzle, served with vanilla ice cream.

Five brand new cocktails arrive on the drinks menu, each combining the best flavours & spirits on offer to bring back those cherished holiday memories, whether that’s from the stunning resorts of Mallorca or the iconic beaches of the Costa del Sol. The additions include a trendy G&T Mojito using classic Beefeater gin & a Blood Orange Bellini, featuring stylish, sparkling Cava.
