At La Tasca we pride ourselves on developing our own team members to achieve their potential within our business. Once you join the team you will benefit from a blended learning programme that includes ground-breaking online modules, on-site training and development days away from the sites.
Many of our key managers have come through various roles in the restaurants, with a great number going on to be General Managers or indeed to take up key positions within the support teams.
Culturally we encourage an environment of fun and honest endeavor whilst treating all team members with respect whatever their role maybe. We will never tell you what to do but will always support you as you progress.
If you decide to come and join our family then I am sure you will enjoy your time with us as well because ‘Mi Casa es su Casa!’

At La Tasca people are at the heart of what we do and we believe it is important to make sure our team feel appreciated and supported. As well as our Managers having the potential to earn bonuses we are proud to say that 100% of all tips go to the team members.
We celebrate the great work and successes of our teams and we like to inject fun and energy into every working day. Throughout the year we have a range of incentives, competitions, trips away and the odd fancy dress event which the whole company get involved with. Our Management and team motivation is so important to us and we celebrate this at our annual awards ceremony, this is no average awards ceremony, it is bigger and better every year.
A career is your professional journey and will be different for everybody. From wherever you start your career, you may choose to go into management, you may choose to work in a similar role in different industries or you may choose to work in a different industry entirely. The thing that everyone has during their career is choice.
At La Tasca we put you in the driving seat so that you make the choices that are right for you. Our development passport helps you to evaluate your skills & achievements, plan your goals and objectives, record your new skills and review your career journey.
At La Tasca we are passionate about our home-cooked Spanish cuisine, prepared by chefs. Tapas and the sharing style of eating, is the perfect solution for a fun, informal celebration giving our guests something completely different from the normal eating out experience. As well as our Main menu we have some fantastic set menus and drink offers available for groups, these are perfect for ordering in advance and each offer a great range of some of our most popular dishes.
La Tasca was also shortlisted for the Menu Innovation Award at the Casual Dining Restaurant Awards 2017.
This came after the main menu underwent a huge revamp in autumn 2016 which saw the introduction of an eye-catching selection of main courses, perfect for those who don’t like sharing.
More recently Glenn our Head of Food Development was awarded the Craft Guild Award for Development Chef of the year.
